is another of the good value snow throwers on today’s market. It features a 5.5 hp Tecumseh Snow King engine, remote deflector control, 24 inch clearing path, and a headlight.

Pros:  This snowblower is a good alternative to the 24 inch Craftsman Model 88955.   For about the same money as Craftsman it has additional features like the light and remote chute control.  In addition it has the  Tecumseh Snow King motor which is a proven cold weather motor.  You will be able to get parts for this through Northern Tool or any Poulan Dealer.  The 5.5 hp motor can easily handle the 24 inch snowblower.  This size is a good fit if you have a two-car driveway 40 to 80 feet long. (you can park two to four cars lengthwise on your drive)

Cons: If this snowblower is the right size for you, the only con I can see with this machine is the shipping charge from Northern Tool.  The shipping is reasonable, but it is an extra cost.  I checked the shipping cost from their warehouse to Chicago and it was only $137.
