This Deere snow blower does have a cast iron auger gearcase and electric chute control. This Deere snowblower does have a good reputation from the owners, but is it worth an additional $500 over the The John Deere Promise is not available on this product

My Opinion:

The 928E has a metal discharge chute and a 3 quart fuel tank, otherwise there is nothing special about this machine. This size Deere snowblower does not have a good reputation from the owners, particularly because most confuse the “Wheel Lock” with a differential (It’s nothing more than a wheel release so you can turn the machine). It is definitely not worth paying an additional $400 over the <a
